Covid Vaccine Registration का सबसे Best और आसान तरीका।
भारत में कोरोना की दूसरी लहर से बढ़ते हुए संक्रमण के मामलों को देखते हुए भारत सरकार ने Covid Vaccination के तीसरे चरण ( तीसरे फेज ) की घोषणा कर दी है। इसमें 18 वर्ष या उससे ऊपर के प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की Covid Vaccine की पहली डोज दी जाएगी। इसके लिए तारीख 1 मई 2021 से Covid Vaccine का Registration आरम्भ हो रहा है। लोग आरोग्य सेतु एप या गवर्नमेंट की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाकर Covid Vaccine के लिए Registration कर सकते है। और आप Vaccination की तारीख और टाइम Schedule कर सकते है। Vaccine के लिएरजिस्ट्रेशन निशुल्क है। आज आपको बताएँगे Covid Vaccine Registration का सबसे Best और आसान तरीका। तो चलिए शुरु करते है।
Covid Vaccination में दो तरह की वैक्सीन शामिल है। पहला Covishield जिसे Oxford-AstraZeneca और Serum Institute of India (SII) की सहायता से तैयार किया गया है। और दूसरा है। Covaxin जिसे भारत बायोटेक ने तैयार किया है। भारत सरकार ने लगभग 14 करोड़ डोज का आर्डर दिया है। MyGovIndia के एक ट्वीट के मुताबिक – आगामी 1 मई 2021 से 18 वर्ष और उससे ऊपर के लोगो को कोरोना की वैक्सीन लगना शुरू हो जाएगी। फ़िलहाल जमीनी स्तर पर यह कार्यक्रम आगे लुढ़कता हुआ दिखाई दे रहा है।

Covid Vaccine Registration कैसे करें ? ( How to do Covid Vaccine Registration? )
Covid Vaccine Registration करने के दो तरीके है।
1. आरोग्य सेतु एप
2. CoWIN पोर्टल
आरोग्य सेतु एप से ऐसे करें Registration.
1. सबसे पहले आरोग्य सेतु एप को Open कर लीजिये ( अगर डाउनलोड नहीं है , तो प्ले स्टोर से अपने फ़ोन में आरोग्य सेतु एप डाउनलोड कर लेना है। )
2. इसके बाद ऊपर से चौथे नंबर पर CoWIN के ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करना है।
3. अब दूसरे नंबर पर Login / Register के ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करना है। और मोबाइल नंबर भर देना है। इसके बाद आपके नंबर पर एक OTP आएगा। उसे डालकर वेरीफाई कर देना है।
4. अब आपके सामने सेलेक्ट डॉक्यूमेंट का ऑप्शन आएगा। उसमे जो डॉक्यूमेंट आप देना चाहे , उसे चुन सकते है।
डॉक्यूमेंट प्रकार –
- आधार कार्ड
- वोटर कार्ड
- पैन कार्ड
- ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस
- पासपोर्ट
- INR स्मार्ट कार्ड / आदि।
5. अब आपको चुने गए डॉक्यूमेंट का नंबर भरिये ( जैसे – आधार नंबर 1234 – 4321 – 1234 – 4321 आदि )
6. अब आपका नाम ( जैसा उपरोक्त चुनी गयी आईडी में है ) भरें। और अपना Gender ( Male / Female ) सेलेक्ट करें। और वेरीफाई पर क्लिक कर दें।
7. अगले पेज पर जाकर अपने राज्य / जिला चुने। और वैक्सीन लगवाने का दिन / तारीख और समय निर्धारित कर सकते है।
2. CoWIN पोर्टल से ऐसे करें Registration –
CoWIN पोर्टल पर Registration करने के लिए आप CoWIN पोर्टल की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर विजिट कीजिये। और Registration फॉर्म को उपरोक्त ( आरोग्य सेतु एप की तरह ) को भरिये। और वैक्सीन लगवाने का दिन / तारीख और समय निर्धारित कर लीजिये।
